I handled the designer experience for Interior Designers.

Conducted qualitative research across cities in India to understand the situational framework of independent interior design studios who partner with Livspace.
As part of a cross-functional team, conducted usability surveys and analysis to understand the usage of Canvas, a project management tool, among interior designers in India, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia, resulting in valuable insights into the designer journey and user behaviour.
